I ordered a relatively small order and was told to pick it up in 30 minutes to which I did. When I arrived I had to wait another 30 minutes in the waiting area. Only after I asked the rude gentleman who was slapping his chewing gum in my face where my order was. He then went into the kitchen and immediately brought out my order. To which I thought that my order had been forgotten about and had been sitting there. As I got home the chips were soggy and cold, my curry was cold and bland and the poppadoms were so soggy that I could fold them like a piece of paper. I phoned up to complain but the telepathic gentleman told me 'he knows how the kitchen runs and the order was fine' without asking the chef in the kitchen if my order had been sitting around. He was very rude and would accept no responsibility for the terrible order. I won't be going there again especially not with the workers vile attitudes.

WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT!!! I've been going there for years and never had a bad meal, however i picked up my order last night got home and the bhajis were greasy and soggy, the naan was rock hard and the curry was stone cold. It was only earlier in the day I'd been telling my friend it was the best curry house in Wales. Very disappointed

Great food Served @ the Sheesh Mahal , excellent service, the waiter was very friendly, over all a wonderful experience, Enjoyed & all empty plates
