Hello there, we live in Australia and  we recently received our reborn babies from Mary Shortle that we have been excitedly waiting for. They arrived very quickly and when we opened the beautifully presented parcels we were overwhelmed with just how precious and how lovely they looked ,we could not be happier and would like to sincerely thank the staff for there wonderful service. We definitely will be adding to our reborn baby collection in the future from Mary Shortle. Doll collectors paradise Visited with my partner to buy a doll We had to ring the door bell to enter. The shop seemed very daunting with so so many dolls. However Mary was so friendly and helpful helping my partner find a doll for his daughter within budget. Also brought Guinea pig which is so soft. We chatted with Mary about the shop for a while you can tell how passionate she is about her shop and all the dolls. There is a doll for everyone in there I wish we had more time to look around more as you could get lost in there for hours looking at all the beautiful dolls. A lovely experience and I will return when back in york I will hopefully bring my mum who is a fan. Thank you Mary

I purchased our first reborn doll for my daughters birthday. My daughter is totally in love and hasn’t wanted to leave her new reborn. We purchased in the sale and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mary. My daughter has seen your pictures of your shop and would love to come and shop however we are quite a distance away. I’m sure anyone living closer must love this shop though Thank you.

Finally got around to getting to see this lovely shop. The owner, as I believe she was, was very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. I came away with a lovely doll. She was very thorough in making sure I knew of any issues she had, as she was one of her antique dolls. Over all a great experience.

Wow what can I say, Fantastic is every way.  I phoned the store to check the order had gone through, lady was lovely on the phone. And the doll was hear on time for my daughters birthday very happy little lady. The doll is of beautiful quality really couldn't be any happier will definitely recommend, and will certainly buy from hear again thank ypu so much.

Absolutely in love with my reborn. After a long journey of infertility my mum suggested I get a reborn to help with my mental health and help with the journey. Going into the shop the shopkeeper was lovely and helpful and when I ordered my reborn online it was super simple and customer service was excellent  100% recommended to anyone.

Never received such incredible customer service in my life! Left astounded at the level of care we received. Many reborn stockers seem to gatekeep from children but I brought my daughter down for her birthday, we were welcomed and they went above and beyond to accommodate an indecisive young girl who was overwhelmed with being in utter heaven in the most gorgeous shop ever! I can’t thank you both of enough! 2 hour drive and worth it 10 x over. We will be back!

Mary Shortle had a huge sale on Charlie Bears the other week. I purchased Faith and Fenella at a fantastic price couldn't quite believe it. Parcel arrived yesterday with bears well protected inside. Will definately be purchasing again from this company. My daughter got her first Charlie Bear DeeDee when she was just 4 weeks old to display in her nursery and has now became a tradition every year to get one .

You are spreading rumors and I think it’s time to call the police I have reported the case to prove my innocence; you can wait and let them know your racist behavior and let you know I am just a good citizen not scammer. I only have one card so don’t frame me. You are insane and over sensitive. Not everyone is like you.  As a reborn doll enthusiast, I purchased two reborn dolls from Mary Shortle’s website a few days ago. But both orders were rejected on the grounds of so-called “fraud alert” by their own card system. Yes, I have been fabricated as a scammer! Surprise! So far, two of my orders have been cancelled by them. Several days ago, the money has already been credited into their accounts, so I have no idea why they said this is fraud when I am just a normal customer. I also noticed that Mary Shortle owner said this to other customers as well through comments.  This is a store that will destroy customers’ good mood. I feel that I have been greatly insulted when talking to the store staff lily on instagram. We are all young people with decent jobs, wages and housing, and I don’t know why we are treated so terribly and rude by you? Maybe it’s because I am an ethnic minority? Overall, it is really disappointing.  What’s the point of letting your customers shop online? Just for humiliating them “ any dolls to you? Will not ship for you”?  You treat your customers so differently! Did you know that? Why do you reply to people of color with strong bias? Fabricate them as scammers? You can call the police if you find something wrong. Don’t frame others, okay?  Mary Shortle cancelled my orders with ridiculous reasons, and blocked me directly when I tried to communicate with them.

Lovley dolls and my daughter is addicted to her reborn she said “this is my fav out of all my reborns” excellent then if she likes it absolutely fab!!!
