Bought a sword from Metal Gear the other day and replica gun. Really helpful staff in person and online. I've messaged them a couple of times and they always reply pretty quite and answer all questions I have.
Went in today for a look and ended up buying 2 new toys. Friendly knowledgeable service and happy to show me anything I wanted without a pressure sell. Plenty of choice. I will be calling again thanks.
Terrible. DO NOT buy anything which is of high value from here. I spent a small fortune which I had saved up to buy one of their CO2 rifles. I returned the magazine as it was leaking and they treated me like a criminal. I had only used it 5 times, but it completely broke and they blamed me for it. It is clear that it is most likely someone in the store had used the gun and tampered with it, as I had not tampered with it in any way whatsoever. It really showed to me the growing lack of integrity there is in some businesses; prioritising money over decency. Appalling customer service. I came a long way to buy from here and only chose here as it saved me £50 in comparison to their competitors. The replacement shall now cost me £60 on top of the £350 it had initially cost me to buy the gun. Save yourself the money and frustration and go somewhere with integrity and respect. "Cheshire Gun Rooms" and "McAvoy Guns" are two I can vouch for myself.
Very professionals and polite people works here, I bought a crossbow and a bow for sport competitions and everything still work as newbearing in mind the both aritcles are 5 years old couldn't ask for better equipment , the staff is so qualify and prepare to help you in any way possible highly raccomended will back again in future.

Me and my partner have bought multiple things from this store and they have been helpful, friendly and informative each time. They are happy to help even after purchase. A magazine broke as I loaded it wrong and they helped fix it and ordered another one without charge. We go nearly every week now. I bought my first gun from there and I love it. Scott is great to talk to and always friendly every time we go in.
Best place to go for airsoft an unbeatable prices. Helpful and respectful people, thank you for your help today
