Recently bought a Defender from Martin. Had to wait a while for the vehicle to be prepared to Martin's high standards and was not disappointed when the vehicle was ready. The car gets so much positive attention and I have pointed friends and family in his direction to buy a Defender.

I’ve had 4 cars from Martin over the last 10 years and each one has been fantastic. Martin sells immaculate great value cars with solid backgrounds, low mileage, full service history and he gives a very competitive PX price. Though his expertise, Martin sources premium cars which are resold at very attractive prices. He provides an easy, honest, fair and fun sales service thats impossible to beat. Make Martin your first call for your next vehicle, I won’t go anywhere else!!
Put an offer 5k under on a nearly 80k car as a cash buyer with no part ex and fast sale, I was naturally expecting a polite response with a counter offer near to asking price which i would have gone with and instead message got ignored and I had to chase up, to which I then got an incredibly rude and obnoxious reply from Martin, saying are you having a laugh, terribly unprofessional attitude, and assuming i was messing around, so his loss off to look at another model to put deposit on in morning at same cost as his. Would never use or recommend if thats Martins idea of customer service, dread to think what after sales service would be like there if i had any issues, think i dodged a bullet.

I brought my BMW 118d from Martin back in April of 2016. 18 months on & 25000 miles later the car still runs like a dream. The service from Martin was excellent an appointment to suit, test drive along with thorough explanation of the cars history. The car was fairly priced in my view & came with full MOT & a warranty. One thing that set Martin above the rest was the fact that when I told him the car was presenting a battery warning sign & may require a new battery, Martin offered straight away to contribute to the cost I never had this done however after the battery turned out to be fine. I’d highly recommend Martin to anyone looking at purchasing a used car.
A fantastic service was provided today as I part exchanged my car. The vehicle was presented beautifully and all paper work was in the car. There were no pushy sales techniques used. This is the best service I have had from a car dealer. Polite service from Martin and very efficient. I would never use a main dealer again. Well done Martin and have a lovely Christmas.
Purchased a car from Martin 17/08/18. which we viewed and test drove the week before. There was no haggling or pressure or tyre kicking. Martin told us the purchase price of the car is what it is. He asked what do you want for yours, I told him, he made a very close offer which I accepted. We had a cuppa and a good chat, we collected the car today all paperwork sorted. Very relaxed straight talking Guy great to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin Sheard UK Ltd.
