I’m based in Newcastle and tried to buy a Mini from here. Didn’t want to view it first or test drive it, I know the brand well and have owned 4 already, just wanted to buy it and collect it. Sounds straight forward enough however that’s where it all got too hard worknHad to collect within a weeknI was able to collect in 2 weeks but had to pay in full immediatelynHad to collect Mon - Fri, no weekendsnNo credit card payments allowednDon’t offer home deliverynSadly too many company procedures just convinced me to look elsewhere. Found a more accommodating dealer 3 weeks ago and the one I enquired about here is still for sale if anyone’s interested

Great place to go for service and MOT. Robert was really helpful and communicative. Spoke to me after their 'Health Check' before they started ant work, which was great! No pressure on having work done with them or anything. I did though. Fantastic service and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back next year.
