I made a couple of calls, did the price research and was prepared for the usual sell your car 6 week campaign. I was looking for a decent spec GLE, but not looking forward to the usual hassle of dealing with 19 something sales staff who immediately start by explaining the deficiencies of my trade in, or offering me a tank of diesel to drive over. Checking AT I hit upon Beech Motors who were basically a real pleasure to deal with and made sure that both sides of the deal were good with zero pressure. Very happy with the car however driving away I spotted a basic niggle light that came on. They were all over it, high end loan vehicle to try etc. I was more than happy to drive over as I said. Not certain that this is standard. So some months later and leisure trips to Wales and Scotland very happy with the car, economy and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Very pleasant people to deal with.
Great service from Jarrod and Andrew. The car is in great condition, the price was unbeatable I travelled from London to Congleton to get this car and their APR is the lowest I’ve come across. They also get a lot of their cars direct from the manufacturer, ensuring the cars have been looked after. Highly recommend.
Purchased an Audi A6 a few weeks ago. Jarrod was easy to deal with and gave me a good price for my old A5. There were a couple of scuffed alloys on the A6 and a little dent on the front skirt. These were all repaired with no question before handover and the whole experience was straightforward. Buying a car should be simple and it was. Really pleased with my new A6.
A great place to get cars!! A family run business. Very sincere, provided great quality. They are really helpful and provided excellent communication. They helped a lot for the finance as well. This is a hidden gem in Congleton. Strongly recommended!!
Rang up and enquired about a car, arranged a time to come in and have a look. There was no pressure and Andy put time aside for me to go round the car fully. An important point I will make is that I was given the key in full trust to go around the vehicle and inspect it myself fully. Andy wasn't stood around me or pressuring me, I was left to fully go over the car, internally and externally, so I knew exactly what I was buying / documents and all. From looking at their stock I would say their standards pretty much tell you the pedigree of the car you will be buying. Every car I looked at was a certain calibre / example a big positive in my view . Again, they were familiar with the different brands and their packs / products. As I have never bought an AUDI before, if was useful to have this insight. I was offered a great deal for my PX, and again, Andy was very trusting with me and gave me a very good price. No messing about. this is a big deal for me when deciding to buy a car, I need to trust the individual as well They even held the car for me because they knew I wasn't time wasting, but it was a big decision for me to swap after just buying a house. Again, I was never pressured, such a rarity nowadays. I dealt with Jarrod after buying the car as they even sorted me out a private plate for the car as part of our deal. Again, they didn't have to do this. But for me it was a special touch. Sorted all of the paperwork out and got me new plates too. Andy, Jarrod - thank you so much. We both love the new wheels. Just glad you held the car for me for a couple of days to make my mind up and sort the finance. Summary: trustworthy, knowledgeable and hold very good examples. So if you are travelling a long way, you will not be disappointed.
I bought my VW golf from these guys . I found it really excellent customer service. I was really happy with it. Excellent car and very good customer service. They did deliver my car at my house. I would really recommend Beech Motors.
Do not use this company, we bought a car early January and still do not have a V5. They blame previous owners slander and don’t take accountability! They promised a vehicle in perfect condition, it had a broken air vent, tore netting on the back of the seat and bad damaged to the drivers doorway. They sent some parts for us to have fitted at our cost!!
I can not recommend this place enough. Everyone is so helpful. Fast responses on the phone and ultimately the best customer service I have ever received! No pressure or haggling. What you see is what you get and that's a luxurious car from a high end dealership. The car forecourt is exceptional and so is the service. Hassle free genuine staff. Jarrod was brilliant and the after sales is second to none. Each member of the team went above and beyond and I'll never go to another car dealer. My car is immaculate. I am one happy customer. This has been the best car buying experience ever. Our Mercedes was delivered for an inspection & a test drive on the way back from collection from the auctions in Leeds. No pressure. "Take as long as you want". Fantastic. Way beyond expectations. Beech Motors took the car back to Congleton where it was fully serviced & prepared. Happy to reccomend Beech Motor Company far and wide! Having seen a car we liked on the website we drove over to have a look. Andrew was a breath of fresh air, he didn't bother us at all and left us to have a good look round. Having found a car on the lot that hadn't yet been advertised we took it for a test drive, again no pressure from Andrew. The car was ideal and we arranged to come back and collect the car a few days later when it was ready for sale. Jared was kind enough to collect me from the local train station. I am extremely pleased with the car and the service I received from start to finish. When I got the car home I received an extremely honest message from Andrew telling me that I had mistakenly transferred too much money to him for the car!! He asked for my bank details to return the overpayment too me. I cannot thank him enough for making this a very easy straightforward and actually quite pleasant buying experience. If you want to buy a beautiful car from an honest seller with no pressure Beech Motors is the place to go.
