This is a Collect+drop point by Amazon, I when there to drop a parcel back to Amazon and the "lady"was there was very rude and unhelpful. Already complain to Amazon and Collect+ about her knowledge of how to use a drop point which it none

Martin's is a small local newsagents. In addition to the usual services you'd expect, it also has a cash machine (not free!) and a Collect+ point (for returns to participating mail order companies).

Why can't I pay for my T V Licence at this shop by direct debit card? Also why are the staff so rude, it costs nothing to be polite.
