I did have to wait a long time over the phone to get through but that could be down to current corona circumstances. Phil was super helpful over the phone, dealt with the inquiry quickly and efficiently. Responded to emails in a timely manner and quoted without delay. As the repair for our Panasonic washing machine wasn’t economical we didn’t go ahead with it. Thank you again for showing the way customer service is done.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had from a company!!! Travelled from Liverpool to Winsford to take my tv to be repaired. I was promised that an engineer would inspect my tv the same day and would contact me with the diagnosis. AFTER FIVE DAYS, NO PHONE CALLS, NO RESPONSE FROM ONLINE CALLBACK REQUESTS AND NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE AT WINSFORD - I made another journey only to find out that my tv hadn’t even been looked at!!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - thanks for nothing!!!!
My panasonic TV broke and they told me contact Martin dawes Winsford. I emailed them and they asked if I had extended warranty which I did, they did not email me back ever again. useless company AVOID!
My TV broke in July under warranty that was referred to Martin Dawes Winsford by the retailer. It's now September and they still haven't fixed it. They don't answer phones, they don't respond to emails. Absolutely appalling.
So far so bad. They managed to confuse Birmingham with Bradford and ordered the wrong parts. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to customer service and they never call back when they say they will. Also no communication with their own engineers and Samsung. Stone Age company.
