Landlords you need to use these guys! I can't recommend these guys enough! For my first rental property, they got me more than my mortgage surveyor thought the property was worth! Also, they got full time employed tenants within 2 weeks! In a previous life I've spent 12 years working in property, so I've seen the worst in Doncaster and the best and these guys are the best! The whole team worked hard for me to get the best tenants and their knowledge is unparalleled! Thank you so much Jonathan, Harry, Lorna, Magda, Ruth and Sharan (Sorry if I missed anyone)

Hi. Whole team is very helpful. Over 4 years as a tenant I can't say bad world about Doncaster Martin&Co team. They helped me find fantastic home in less than 1 month. I had to go to office just one time to collect keys. Everything else was done online or over the phone. Thank you once again.

As a landlord, I've used Martin & Co's tenant seek services for several years now. I initially chose them above other estate agents based upon their competitive pricing structure. I've always been very impressed by their ability to find the right tenant in extremely quick timescales. When letting my property it has never been on the market for more than a couple of weeks before they come forward with a suitable tenant. They fully vet potential tenants and to date I've never had any significant issues. With regards to my most recent let, they found me a tenant within 30mins of me giving them permission to advertise my property. Excellent service as always, and they come highly recommended.

I’ve rented with a few letting agencies in Doncaster and Martin and Co are the best. Their fees are reasonable. They have always been honest, helpful and friendly. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help me. I would defiantly use them again.
