The team at Property Hive have all been fantastic on my journey to sell my first home! I chose this local estate agents because Sylvia made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away at the point of valuation. Ruby was quickly in touch when I confirmed I wanted to sell my home with Property Hive, and I knew immediately she would look after me and the sale of my property. She has been efficient, communicative and so easy to deal with. The marketing was very effective, the Virtual tour is a brilliant addition to the photos on the selling sites and I quickly had several viewings, that the team took off my hands so I didn’t need to worry about that either. It has been, not just an easy process with the team at Property Hive, but also an enjoyable one!
The Property Hive was our first option for a valuation as they dealt with my Mum's house sale last year and did an excellent job. I was pleased when Sylvia arrived as she also did Mum's valuation very successfully. She's lovely and bubbly, very professional. She gives an honest opinion and reason for the value of the property, explains the process and expected timescales. No pressure to make a decision on the day, but we agreed to sign up there and then and we now look forward to selling our house with this company with confidence.
My experience with Property Hive has been very positive so far. When Sylvia came to value my property I was very unsure about the process. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me. There was no pressure to go on the market straight away and I was given plenty of time to make my decision. Very genuine knowledgeable lady. Once I decided to go ahead Louise contacted me and has been very helpful and supportive throughout. Nothing too much trouble. I had several viewing’s within a few days and 2 offers within a week. In fact all the staff I have spoken too at Property Hive have been polite, helpful and patient. Fingers crossed all goes well from here.
Sylvia came to my home and did a property valuation as I am thinking of selling my property. Sylvia was very knowledgeable about my home and those around me plus the area and estate in which I live. I felt very confident in her due to this knowledge and expertise. She is also a very friendly and kind lady, very easy to talk to and get along with. Also Hives fees are very good. I had another agent round later in the day and she valued my house at £80,000 less and was going to s=charge me TRIPLE of what Hive will. Hive and Sylvia all the way for me :
The Property Hive have just acted as the agent selling my mum’s house. From start to completion they were friendly, helpful and professional. The house was listed quickly and presented well. We were kept updated by them throughout the process, which was invaluable as it took several months after an offer had been accepted. In the early stages Michelle kept us updated and over the course of the sale process a special mention to Chloe who requested regular feedback from both sets of solicitors, updated us at least every week, responded quickly to any questions we had and proved invaluable when we needed to chase up the solicitors. My Mum was delighted with them and we would recommend their services.

The Property Hive managed my rental property for 6 years and were always superb. I am now in the process of selling the property with them and it has been a smooth stress less experience. I cannot recommend the Property Hive enough. Sylvia Mugglestone and her team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble from the moment contact is made to raise a viewing for a valuation through to the day of the sale. They even assisted us with negotiating the purchase of our new house. Sylvia has a bubbly outlook on life and makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we ever move/sell again and certainly would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They offer the full package and have loads of contacts so can point you in the direction of solicitors, moving companies etc.
Sylvia came out to value my elderly mums bungalow. She really put my mum at ease, she was very friendly, she wasn’t pushy, she explained everything and was really lovely throughout the process. Sylvia took all the stress out of the experience of putting the property on the market. When I popped some paperwork into the office all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend The Property Hive.
