They kept raising my insurance despite any claims violations or tickets. I found insurance $700 cheaper for the same coverage and now they want $348 for time risk, for less then a month. more then 30% a year of my "new policy" which is well over 10% of last year. Like they'd cover a dime past the policy date. While I've been covered by my new policy. Hoping for a mass tort review.
Do not buy insurance here. The brokers only have a select choice of insurance companies they work with and they will not actually work to find you the coverage you need. Also, the brokers help the insurance companies, not you as the customer, the people they are suppose to work for. Go to All Risk Insurance or any other broker but this one, Marsh does not help their customers only select insurance companies.
I called to change my banking information and they never changed it. Called to change it again! Still didn't change it. This is the third time and I will be extremely upset if I get charged a Insufficient funds fee again. The people on the phone are always kind but there's some disconnect/lack of care I don't know. But not good at all
Horrible service!! 30 + minutes on hold for a policy change on a regular Wednesday at 1pm. I’m looking for a broker that can service me promptly when I need it. I do not recommend this broker. I asked a friend insured with Marsh and she said nothing has changed in years.
It is very difficult to find good help with insurance or even people willing to put in the effort to help you. I moved from NB to ON and i have had the run around with insurance companies for a little over 2 months, just trying to switch it over. Luckily on my last attempt where i was beginning to give up and have no hope, i got great customer service from a very friendly lady named Hilary she actually did the diging into my file to see what was going on and listened to me when i was telling her what was happening and what should happen, and she Faught for me she found out all the info i was saying proof and more and fought for a better insurance price for me the following Monday. If ever you are calling this company and need great customer service and a friendly person to talk to where you will leave smiling i recommend asking for Hilary she is the best because everyone else was just giving the run around.
If I could give them a zero, I would. I am going on 4 hours on hold on the phone. After one hour, I got a call back, and they hung up right away. I had to start the process again and this time there was no option to leave a call back number. We have our buisness vehicles with them and need to add a vehicle. Chances are good that by the end of the day I will be doing buisness elsewhere. Ridiculous is an understatement of how unprofessional they are. Service is non existant.
Worst tenant insurance customer service ever. It’ll take about half an hour on hold over the phone just to reach some body. When you finally get someone they will leave you on hold for over an hour or won’t return your calls. Never signing up with them again. Cancelled my policy they don’t care about their customers!
This is a company with the utmost incompetence. I've lost count of the examples of pure stupidity, inability to get the job done, and just a massive failure of performance. Oh, and they continue billing after cancelling your policy.
Currently waiting on hold for them, again. This is my fourth call to get additional insurance for a new purchase. Each rep said they would action, only to find out that nobody has done anything. Calls get cut off and they don't call back. Wait times are at lease 30 minutes to an hour and this is for existing customers. Their service has dropped. I will not be renewing with them. Go somewhere else, the absolute worst service.
Rob is not a good person to deal with, he ruins peoples companies and does not respect peoples hard work - Stay away from Rob you will not end up in a good place & beware of his backdoor money taking deals - Stop taking peoples hard earned money Rob! Marsh Canada - Are you okay with this? Regards,
