Had to be regularly chased up about application. Definitely not the company it was six years ago when we used them previously.

I would thoroughly recommend Aberdeen Mortgage company. The support, information and guidance I was given by Johnny Winterbottom from when I made contact was great. He was supportive, responsive and gave me the information I needed to make a very informed decision about my next move and mortgage provider.  Once my application was made I was kept updated and supported every step of the way and if in doubt I was able to contact my case advisor on the phone. Cameron was initially responsive until things got complicated and he must have decided he couldn't be bothered. Many emails and phone calls unanswered. Very poor service. Not interested unless easy and quick to do. Go elsewhere is my advice.

The third time I have used AMC to arrange my mortgage. Great service every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

Communication was good from them - they called when they said they would and were clear in breaking down the mortgage offers to me and advising the best deal. All done in a good timescale too.
