We want to thank Laura and Hazel! We had contacted the office way before we even moved to Scotland. They were very kind and patient and explained what we have to have in place before submitting our application. It was always easy to communicate with Laura and Hazel either via email or at our meetings in the office. They were not only very professional but also friendly and supportive. After the submission of our application, Hazel stayed in touch and gave us a regular update. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to work with First Mortgage. Everything was done easy and fast. We have a new home four months after moving to Scotland! Highly recommend!

From first contact until completion (soon fingers crossed) Carrie and Hazel have been brilliant. We have been kept up to date frequently with the progress of our application. Carrie was very clear when presenting us with our options for mortgages and insurances. Very efficient service and patient when we were chasing our valuation etc. Couldn't have done more. Carrie and Hazel are terrific.  I am buying my first house so I was not knowledgeable about the process.  Came across first mortgage and the process from that moment on was made so much more easy and straight forward for me. They are very good, very patient, very good at communicating with me regularly and just generally take the stress out of buying a house and all the insurances that I needed.  I would highly recomend them to anyone buying a house.  First class service from start to finish.

Very happy with the service I received from both Carrie and Hazel at First Mortgage Aberdeen (George Street).   I always found the prospect of buying a house very confusing and was always set at ease after speaking with Carrie/Hazel.  I have dealt with Carrie for a couple of years and she has always done what she can to help while being honest along the way.  Hazel was great at keeping me up to date with the progress of the mortgage and always very friendly.  Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for their first mortgage, no matter your circumstances.  Thanks girls :)

I have already recommended the services of Carrie and Hazel at First Mortgage (George street) to a number of friends, family and colleagues and would not hesitate to do so again.
The advice offered is second to none, covering everything from mortgages, solicitors fees, help to buy ISA’s,  budgeting to insurance; and as first time buyers they really went above and beyond to answer our questions and reassure us consistently through out the process of buying our first home.
