Great for family day out lots to do and see, good souvenir shop
Beautiful place for a relaxed walk.
If you are looking for a nice place to have a walk during these strange times that we are facing at the moment, l would highly recomend visiting here.
Didn't go in as too many children about, but there's a lovely walk all around the river and countryside. Go to the river and feed the gulls and swans.
Pumpkin picking village's Instagram team is not helpful. They see messages every time but don't respond .
Very disappointed went there with daughter and grandchildren to see Paw patrol characters that side was good, however the park is dilapidated in need of repairs etc, the "funfair" consists of three rides and a train, one operator for the three rides and they were all in a poor condition. The train was OK. Think it's owned by the county council if so someone needs to get a grip, it wasn't cheap to get in overpriced to say the least. On the way out we bought a cake at half price good we thought until we got home it was mouldy! Sad but not a good experience at all.
Good peaceful place to go for walk and relax
Lovely spot to walk the dog beside the River Crouch. Car parks fill up quickly so arrive early. A little mobile coffee shop, "Phoebe's Pantry", selling cakes and scones is there most days
If you want a walk by a beautiful river and also want to be able enjoy the silence that the area seems to have in abundance then this may be the place for you, and at the time of writing this the parking was also free.
