Absolutely awful - part fried everything makes it over greasy. They’re very rude and put down the phone to customers when they call in busy periods making out they can’t hear - they market like they offer delivery but they’re lying. They won’t deliver unless it’s fully dead in there and they want your money. Busy times? forget any delivery ! shop needs updating and deep cleaning in corners never going here again. I will rather drive to tollgate and get fresh food with a decent service. Can’t believe this is all marks tey have to offer - small portions also
Avoid!! Ordered my food at 17:00 and expected delivery time was 17:50. I requested for the food to be delivered at 18:30 and at 18:55 it still had not arrived. I called the shop to be told that the food was ready and it will be delivered in 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was rude! At 19:25 the food finally arrived and unfortunately it was awful. The fish was VERY greasy to which my daughter wouldn’t eat it. The curry sauce was tasteless and the saveloy was hard. I would not be ordering from here again or recommending this place to others.
Fish is so thin so got large this time; when I got home and unwrapped it, it was smaller than the small portion previously and so thin, grey and overcooked. Thinner than sea bass. Chips are very bitty and many have black ends. Gone down hill. Won’t return.

£8.50 for a medium fish and chips at lunchtime. Fish was 40% batter and tasted refried from before. Very small amount of chips for the price paid. Very disappointing.
Cod, raw in the middle, second time in 2 weeks, undercooked battered sausage as well. Eat food from here at your own risk. Terrible.
Not great looks grim, woman coughed over the food several times, paid £2.50 for small chips, walked out and they went in the bin. Chips were rank anyway
One star is overrated. Absolutely disgusting, over cooked dried out fish. I’d rather starve than set foot in that grotty place ever again!!!
My partner just stopped to get fish and chips on way home from work, bloody awful. Not sure the chips have even seen a fryer
Ordered 6 nuggets and chips for £5.80, later noticed 5 nuggets and chip and drink cost £4.50. Server didnsay anything. The chips were so soggy my son refused to eat them.
