I really like Marks and Spencer's because whenever I go there I'm able to buy a slice of cake whilst enjoying the view of the bridge that can be seen through their large windows in Westfield. The customer services is ok. I do prefer them not to ask me if I want to take away a slice of cake, rather it would be better if they guide me to where I can sit and eat in peace.

Excellent for lunch but toilets need to have hot water and not cold as not hygienic.. staff nice and ambience lovely. Very quick service and till staff efficient

If you want a bra fitting, this is the place to go... they give you the right bra for your size and shape. Most practical place for underwear!! I will come back everytime it’s time  to upgrade

Just okay.... There is no staff around to assist you really have to hunt for mobile customer service... Or know exactly what you need when you walk in the store
