A fairly crowded Mark's and Spencer that sells both clothes and food. Downstairs is the food and grocery area, while upstairs has both clothing and a cafe. The toilets are also upstairs. It gets pretty busy in here, but sells good quality goods - as you would expect from a place such as this.

Great staff the lady on the bread counter saw me with arms full and went to get me a basket. That's customer service. So naturally done.

Today in the Kingston Park M&S cafe, we took my son for some food after not being very well for a few days. After eating and getting ready to leave my son projectile vomited his mac and cheese all over himself, the table and floor in the cafe. My husband and I, frantically reaching for napkins and trying to calm and upset 2 year old were greeted by a fantastic member of staff, I believe her name was Nicola. Nicola brought over a roll of paper to help clean up, bags for my little boys clothes and even nipped into the main shop to retrieve a top and pair of jeans to change my little lad into. She helped clean and talk to my son, making an unavoidable and slightly embarrassing situation into something less traumatic. We were so greateful for all the help and what a wonderful lady you have working in your team there. So if Nicola reads this, thank you again. Helping us was so kind and hope you are truly praised for your costomer services, I always thank people who are nice to me, but I can't actually thank you enough for helping my son and how sweet you were to him. will absolutely return. Thanks again!

For a small store it had a great variety of goods and a varied selection of food. The customer service really good too

Cafe is slow on service, ok on food. Choice in store good for it's size on food and clothing
