Feel a bit mean giving it three stars, but the reality is, the store is beginning to look a bit worn and jaded, especially in the clothing sections. Fortunately the Food Hall is more typical M&S with the usual great range of good value quality foods.
Good classic selection. Can't go wrong with M&S food, although it's not the cheapest. The store is conveniently placed next to the multi storey a d ope s up on to the High Street a d the shopping centre. Staff are helpful and smiley, even late on a Saturday afternoon.
Loved the staff working here, so friendly and they always had everything I needed. Will miss you M&S
I love this store and will be sorry to see it go in July. I regularly shop here using the food hall which is set out clearly and easily find what I want. I also buy children's uniforms and regular clothes here. The shoes are really good quality at a good price and certainly value for money.
Went in to buy a pair of trousers. The lady working in the fitting rooms and on the floor near to closing time today 11 Feb 2019 was amazing! She could not do enough to help me. Left feeling amazing and ended up buying a whole suit! Thank you so, so much!

Great local M&S, good selection of clothing, fabulous food hall and cafe. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Devasted that M&S plan to close this store. I have used it at least weekly for over 30 years
Nice selection of quality food, clean and very helpful staff.
Poor shopping experience. Clothes lacking in choice. Displays were untidy and staff rather uninterested.
