Very busy place. Reasonable car park Just off A38 Massive superstore
New layout is really bad specially eith covid bottle necks and massively confusing one way entrance.
Far too many people shopping - no one way system. Couples shopping with overflowing trolleys so not essential shopping. Didn't feel safe won't be back until situation gets to some kind of normal but will use online.
Staff is normally helpful. Just one gentleman was so rude o actually reported him. Loving the new look of the store.
A lot of both customers and staff either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. they are supposed to cover BOTH nose and mouth. I realise some staff are exempt from wearing masks but are they not then supposed to have a badge explaining that they are exempt?
Lovely friendly store. Helpful staff. Clean store, defo would recommend. Good location.
