As good as its always been. A bit on the pricey side but they always were however the sales they have are awesome!! Half price per una ? Suits me down to the ground nTheir bio washing liquid has got to be some of the best value around, smells good enough to eat or sit & drink !! Promise I haven't done !! You've always paid for quality here and they play a huge part as a company helping Community Fridge & the Homeless Food Kitchen as do some other big retailers so I give them TOP MARKS What's a few extra pennies to most of us when we can see that it's not simple profiteering to line shareholders pockets but doing actual good in local communities. Hats off to M&S
This review is just for the cafe. I am disappointed and I won’t be using the cafe again. I wouldn’t mind paying the extortionate prices if the service and food were good. Over the past two years, Marks and Spencer’s cafe has steadily deteriorated to the point yesterday, when we were served a Mozzarella, tomato and basil pesto sandwich, in a bag! It cost £6.50, had been heated up in some kind of microwave oven, which resulted in the bread being dry and crunchy and the contents a mushy mess of hot ‘stuff’. I don’t think you pay your staff enough and I don’t think they should have to take the flack from customers for your poor decisions regarding the food you serve. You need to take a good look at your business and stop cutting corners. I’ll go to Costa, just across the road from now on.
No surprise, good quality and lots of choice. Helpful and friendly staff. That all said, and not unique to this store why don’t stores like this provide seating for men. Don’t get me wrong I like shopping with my wife BUT there are times a seat would be nice to rest the weary feet
I went last week to buy my mom some pjaymas along with my autistic son , he was having a meltdown as I was trying to purchase my items ,the lovely woman didn't catch her name calmed him down and played with him and made my visit alot more easier just a big thankyou for your help lovely woman
Retail assistant Krysha went above and beyond in her efforts to help me when I visited the Halifax store on Thursday, 20/06/24. My online order was incorrect and Krysha helped me to sort it out and reorder. Excellent service and thankyou, Krysha.
