Original order 22 months ago was a good price and delivered quickly.  Last week I raised a query about a possible problem. It was promptly and courteously answered and a replacement part arrived the same day.  Truly impressive customer service.  I strongly recommend LED Lighthouse.

After a few weeks of e-mailing, telephoning and visiting many different  suppliers of LED strips, we were getting more and more confused. We really needed to see the lights we were buying- 30metres covering 4 zones. We found Led lighthouse on line. The website invited phone calls and drop-ins and Richard was helpful and welcoming on the phone, so we went to visit. The showroom is perfect for seeing the different lighting effects and making informed choices. Chris was sooooo patient and informative. He pointed out and explained pitfalls with some of our plans, which no other LED supplier had noticed. He provided solutions and worked with our vision using his expertise creatively and kindly. We left with the LEDs feeling confident and excited about our purchase.

Such a professional, but friendly company to deal with! I ordered strips of LED lights to brighten a snall alcove I wished to use more effectively as an office.  The people I spoke to gave me excellent advice about the strips, their use, their colour range and how to set up.  The result is better than 
I could have imagined and has made a very comfortable working environment at the darker end of a longer room. Thank you to all, and for a quick service too.  The bits arrived the next morning.

Great service from these guys. Having wasted lots of time searching on the net I then got in touch with Richard, sent a plan of what I was trying to do. Their costed proposal was back within an hour. Delivered by courier next day. Just the job.
