Came in to upgrade my phone and Rob was so helpful! Literally couldn't do enough for me and happily explained everything multiple times as I wasn't understanding it. Returned a few days later to recycle my old phone and again super helpful. Remembered my name, asked how my evening in work had been and little details like my teaching job and visiting my grandparents. 10/10 customer service
I visited yesterday and wanted to settle my contract. Chad stepped in to assist me but the minute I said I wanted to get out of a contract, I was given the cold shoulder almost immediately and was told he couldn’t do it because I had missed payments yet I’ve never had any issues with payments and have always paid them. He then proceeded to show me the screen and not once did it say that I had I missed payments so I don’t understand. Not a nice environment in there, you feel like you’re being watched and stared at.
Rob who was assisting with the purchase of a new phone was excellent. He grasped what my husband wanted and took time to explain everything. The shop was clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming.
Went into the store yesterday and all the staff were so helpful, and tried everything to get my phone working..... and it now does. Just wanted to send a massive thankyou. Dan was so patient with my lack of technical no-how. If it wasn't so far was visiting from out of town it would be my go to O2 shop. Thanks so much for the help
Un helpful didn't want to know customer service is shocking
Went in-store today to inquire about a upgrade. Dealt with a lady called Laura who was exceptionally helpful with extreme knowledge. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience regarding dealing with this lady. Priceless asset to your company. Will definitely be returning and requesting to deal with her again.
Apart from experiencing the happiness of using an iPhone for the first time, I was very happy that Ms. Jasmin helped, because as a foreigner living in this country, it was very nice to get help with everything, I hope I can always meet Ms. Jasmin 10/10
Cannot thank O2 enough for the service I received on Tuesday. Rob was super helpful and really took a lot of time sorting my phone out for me. Thank you so much!!
I was delighted with the service given by Rob. He couldn't have done more for me as my old phone was broken he sorted out transferring my contracts photos etc to a new phone. He was a star!
Asked for advice regarding phone, Paul was very helpful, ended up upgrading phone and everything was done without it causing me any stress, very happy with the service.
