Staff are poorly trained and lifeless. They stand around the shoes, seemingly to make a sale, but yet stand there and stare into oblivion. Staff were rolling their eyes at me when I was next in a long line of refunds after Christmas, they obviously did not want to be there and were unwilling to make the refund process a seamless process. They would rather moan and treat you with minimal respect than do their jobs. Floor staff continuously requested assistance from the manager, they seem to have absolutely no idea how to do anything further than process a transaction on their register. They were unable to refund more than one item at a time, or handle the stress of waiting customers. They are always unprepared for even the most predictably busy days.

Worst JD sports Iv been too!!!! Staff are so rude it’s ridiculous...... I asked one of the ladies who worked there whether the Adidas shoes Id just bought came with a white stripe rather than a blue and her reply was “ I’m not an Adidas exspert.... google it.” Wow okay then?😂😂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Wouldn’t put any stars if google would let me :)

Worst jd ever. All the staff are like sloths.. left a security tag on the bottoms of a tracksuit i bought, so frustrating and pointless as the alarm didnt go off. Each store has a different tagging system so if it happens to you - you will need to go back to the store you got it. Well deserved bad rating
