I was on the 362 on Monday 20th February 2023 at 12:25 and I got on to the bus and the driver was very rude as she told me to hurry up when I was trying to get my money out and the she rolled her eyes in a very rude way
being told i cant change my baby because there is 1 key and the 1 person with a key to the baby changing room is on break. and all the disabled toilets are out of service. absolute joke!!
The buses don’t get cleaned and 575 needs to be a double decker because it always get full at the station !!!
3 buses haven't turned up resulting in me being an hour late for work when I usually leave half an hour earlier than I need to. absolutely ridiculous, traffic isn't an excuse when it shows buses have turned up and gone
Brand new bus station, opened 28/10/18. Vast improvement on the old facility on the same site! Bright, and clean, with friendly helpful staff! 20p to spend a penny though...

Absolutely zero.....single woman can't access doors to bus station because they are locked at 6.00pm by the time I've located the correct opening my bus had departed... saw it leave. Who locks public transport doors when the buses are running?
Well kept up to date station , very clean , staff on hand to help plus plenty of info screens for bus and train services, cash machine , toilets and small shop and enquiry room too all undercover
The new bus station is excellent under cover all the buses have onscreen displays on the bays showing times of the bus your waiting for in real time. Always have someone patrolling the station for added security.
Arranged a trip to Standish from Kitt Green. 641 bus was due at 13.47. Arrived at14.00 and the journey can only be described as ‘white knuckle’. Kitt Green, Shevington, Shevington Moor, Wrightington, Shevington Moor and Standish achieved in a breathtaking 27 minutes. Plan was to catch the last 640 from Standish back to Kitt Green at 18.25 from Standish Post Office. Arrived in good time at 18.17. Live timetable confirmed next bus due at 18.25. At 18.30, with no sign of the bus I updated the page to get the message ‘No more buses from this stop today’. Pathetic
