If you are visiting Shrewsbury a trip to the market hall is a must. You will find a wide selection of shops from the traditional market stalls to world foods, local arts and crafts, craft beer, wine and more. There are plenty of places to eat or have a drink and it is a vibrant and not so secret gem in the middle of Shrewsbury. Check out the opening times as these can vary but keep an eye out for the late night openings to make the most of the bars and cafes.

Great for food shopping especially Black Box who have amazing herb blends (for cooking with), really good eateries and lovely shops upstairs. Best wool shop in Shropshire on the gallery. And gin!

Great quality stalls. Fish meat cheese flowers fruit veg and then all sorts of textiles. Eating venues and gin bar great!

Wow not been in here for years, so much has changed and for the better. Had a meal in a little side cafe in there and got some quirky Xmas presents. People are friendly and helpful, will go back and recommend.

Interesting place selling fruit and veg and other market stalls selling second hand and new goods. Food places too, had lunch in a lovely thai restaurant.
