Unfortunately having to leave a bad review. Average food and the staff are friendly but clueless on customer service and how to run a restaurant. Forgot to ask me to pay twice I then reminded them I hadn't paid. Then the next time when I mentioned they had not given me a portion of chips with a large order, they argued with me that I had never ordered them instead of dealing with the situation properly. Ignore the review below about eating in as they are take out only!
Very polite. Food was cooked whilst we waited rather than all ready done so I thought that’s good. Great service and a free bottle of fizzy because of how much we spent nice touch Thanku

Great food, friendly staff didn't have to wait to long, longest time was 15 minutes.

Not good at all. We ate in. Tables/chairs not clean. Cutlery dirty, had to go and find something clean. Should have left then but my mum doesn't walk very well and she'd just sat down. Food not great. Staff standing around chatting with each other while we were waiting. Overall experience poor. Not sure where the other reviews originated from? If you want to spend £20 proving me wrong, I'd be interested in your review.
Excellent customer service, super friendly staff, and great fish & chips, Evan gave the kids free lolly pops. Will definitely be back again.
