Very disappointed by the staff and the standard of service, not what I was expecting. The staff were young and inexperienced. I ordered online and came to collect the pieces I had ordered and paid for. I joined the long queue when reaching the desk I showed them my confirmatory email. The young assistant said she would get them then asked the customer behind me to come forwards and asked if I minded if she served this person first as he had been waiting a long time. I said I had been waiting the same amount of time and would rather she got my items. She stood around for some time before heading off to the back store. When she arrived back she handed me the carrier bag and asked the next customer forwards. I checked the items and asked for a receipt but she said she had to serve the customers to reduce the queue....I thought she was rude and completely out of her depth with customer care. I won't be using Marine Superstore again and I have told my colleagues in the industry about the treatment - go somewhere else if you want good customer service. 1 out of 5 because the items were really good, 0 to of 5 for customer service.

We asked a member of staff and he was very helpful and found just the thing we needed. A successful visit.

Hung around the chart plotters for ages trying to get assistance. Gave up in the end.

Huge range, competitive with online stores, friendly staff but some have little sailing knowledge.

Lots of clothing, footwear, life jackets, boat equipment etc but not enough staff to be readily helpful.
