This is about the delivery service . When you order your liquids and pay for them you don’t expect time and time again to have an email say partially completed order , they don’t call to tell you what’s unavailable you have to contact them and when you have chosen a replacement they say great all sorted and you then get a delivery without the replacement just a shortfall in order . They seem quite happy to grab your money but customer service is nonexistent with this company just get ignored. To top it all 2 of last 4 deliveries been delivered to house in wrong road . Why have stuff on website when it’s not available
Thank you to Every Cloud! My vape broke today and I thought I was going to have to wait until at least tomorrow to get a new one but I found the option of same day delivery when I was checking out! Absolutely amazing service and a lovely little package came through my door less than 2 hours after I ordered it! Lovely new vape, excellent price and I am so glad I looked for a local business. Thank you again and I will definitely be ordering from you again.
Couldn't find the warehouse on google so will leave the review here. I have been using Everycloud's delivery service since the pandemic hit us and I have been blown away by their service. The same day delivery is very convenient and useful. There have been a few occasions where I have ordered e-liquid and they happen to be out of stock once they receive the order, but I am met with a phone call and a heads up telling me they are going to send me an e-liquid of similar flavor, I usually end up with a very nice e-liquid and its great they don't just throw me a random bottle! A very good company that continues to keep their customers happy even in these troubling times, even the delivery driver is super friendly! Thank you Everycloud.
Best shop I've been to so far, and I'll be hard pushed to find a better one. More Liquids then most shops, and none of these home brewed low quality Liquids. It's refreshing to see a shop that not only cares about the customer but also about the quality of their products. The best thing by far however, was the staff, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all things vape related. I will definitely be coming back and I strongly recommend these guys to everyone.
Excellent customer service! I’m not from the area so found this shop via Google. Popped in for coils & had a master class in the correct way to change them & use my vape too! I’m a new vaper & didn’t really get any of this when I bought it, I’ve been winging it for 2 months but now after an hour I’ve got the exact hit I need. Thank you so much. Highly recommend these guys.
Sold me something I didn't need mostly because the man in the shop was being difficult and unhelpful, which was seriously overpriced anyway. Only visited out of necessity but won't be visiting again!
This is the best vape shop around. High quality juice and great customer service. Ben is probably the reason I frequent this place. Ryan is also very helpful.

Excellent selection of vaping products. Incredibly helpful staff also, with great knowledge. They have lots of testers, so you can try before you buy!
First of all the interior as well as exterior are on another level to any other vape shops in the area but not only that they have more premium liquids than anywhere I've seen. Very friendly and helpful staff and will definitely be back!
