I went to get mot done here. The owner was extremely rude, clearly no respect for women, even shouted at the receptionist in front of me! Receptionist was a lovely lady. Shame about the owner!!!  He was so rude I had to walk away.  I then got my partner to go down there as he upset me and he spoke fine to him so it's women he has no respect for. Whilst my partner was there he was disrespecting the Jewish community!!  No manners!!!

I regret to say that my recent experience with this garage was deeply disappointing. My partner went in for an MOT and was met with an appalling level of disrespect from the owner. She returned home visibly upset, which was entirely unnecessary and unacceptable. It appears that the owner lacks basic decency and respect when dealing with women, as when I confronted him about the incident, he suddenly found the manners he had so conspicuously misplaced during his interaction with my partner.  This outdated and discriminatory attitude is a glaring reminder of the generational divide in how people should be treated, and it’s clear this establishment has not kept pace with basic standards of respect and professionalism. The owner’s conduct was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful. In an era where customer service and respect should be paramount, this garage falls egregiously short.  I strongly advise against using their services. There are plenty of other establishments that treat all their customers with the dignity and respect they deserve. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely rude owner. Rude to women!! So if you're a women avoid! Has no respect or filter for words. Extremely old fashion in his views and words!!!

Always use Marine Garage for service & MOT, extremelyreliable. Highly recommended

Really friendly staff. Have both my cars serviced here and they always do a great job. Also helpful when I get an MOT, My colt could have failed with front light not working. They put in a new bulb and passed the MOT. Only charged for the bulb. A lot of older people use this garage because the don't want to be ripped off. Excellent garage

Extremely Friendly Reception,  Excellent Service by a Very Proficient Mechanic,  Very Reasonable Rates, Very Clean Reception, Safely Barrier Fitted, Protecting Both Staff and Customer. Would Definitely recommend. 5 Stars..

A good MOT is one thing, to fail on factory fitted bulbs as uoside down & scratched reflectors is a bit much. Hi elsewhere, they are reputed as being uber zealous I discovered after the event.

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful, however the "owner" of the garage was very rude to me,and kept talking over me while I was trying to explain what was going on with the car.he then told me to get out of  his garage which I promptly did.i have never experienced anything like this before,and I hope I never do again!!NegativeProfessionalism
