We cannot speak highly enough of a Harriet and her team who dealt with the sale of our old house and the purchase our new home. Graziella, Charlie and Amanda were all friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They made the whole stressful experience of moving home that much more enjoyable. Harriet is without doubt the best Estate Agent we have encountered. Not only is her knowledge of the local market second to none but she goes far above and beyond what you would expect , to ensure the sale process runs as smoothly as possible.

Our property was one of the smaller ones on their books but that made no difference to the impressive support they have given us from start to completion. We were contacted on a regular basis to let us know what interest there had been in our property, who came to view and what they thought. Once a buyer was interested we were kept informed of either progress or lack of it and where possible the office tried to resolve the issue causing the holdup either on our behalf or the buyers, even to the extent of passing information on from one of their staff on their day off to help move things forward. That is what you call dedication to the client. We would have no hesitation in recommending Marchand Petit to anyone interested in selling or buying a property in or around Salcombe, they were first class in every way.

We had a great experience from buying a property through to selling it 10 years later. Salcombe has become part of our family life and I'm sure we will buy again. Harriet handled the original purchase and did a great job of selling us both the flat and Salcombe life. Following many happy years of ownership, we put our flat on the market. Amanda managed the sale and did a great job from beginning to end. A lot of interest was generated and Amanda confidently followed a process that led to a smooth sale and a happy new owner. The office of Marchand Petit is ideally placed in the heart of Salcombe. Amanda and the team were always happy for us to drop in for a chat to see how the sale was progressing. Amanda's efforts didn't end when the sale was agreed. She continued updating us right through completion. Amanda's work and professionalism has ensured that our fondness for Salcombe is as strong as ever and that we will be back buying again. The whole team in the office work really well together so I recommend Marchand Petit without hesitation.

We have recently purchased our first holiday home through the Salcombe office. The process was not as swift as we had hoped but Amanda set up viewings for us at short notice, never rushed us & worked very hard with us to finally complete on the property. We would definitely use Marchand Petit again.
