I have been using Collyers for the past 2 years to manage two long-term rentals in south Devon. I have been really pleased with their service. The team are quick to respond and will problem-solve any issue immediately and professionally thereby reducing the stress on the landlord. Nadine, in particular, has been amazing and has helped deal with some difficult tenants which caused some problems. I feel my properties are in safe hands which is reassuring as I live considerable distance away. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency!
I have been using colliers to let my property in kingsbridge and I have to say I am thrilled with the service that I have received. I have been dealing with a lady called Nadine and she is lovely. She seems very genuine and goes above and beyond for her clients. I can call her at anytime and she will assist me with whatever I need. I also found with previous agents that they didn't really care who rented my home as long as it was rented whereas Nadine seems to genuinely care who goes into my house, she advises you all through the procedure and keeps a very close eye on my property and also does a thorough check when the tenants vacate. Their charges are a lot lower than other agents and you receive a lot more for your money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company especially Nadine as I know my house is in safe hands. When you put your property in the trust of a letting agent, it can be a worry and it is such a relief to know that when you choose Collyers you are in incredibly safe hands. A company that knows the business inside out and is always there for you, with support, helpful information and a team that go the extra mile, daily. I can't recommend Collyers more highly - especially Nadine. A star and someone I would certainly let handle any property I let I have, now and in the future.
We have used Collyers twice now over the past 2 years and a lovely lady named Nadine has looked after us throughout that time, I cannot recommend this company enough, having our new flat fall through due to to current situation the country finds itself in not through collyers we went back to Nadine and she found us a beautiful 2 bed cottage and got us moved in, in a very tight timeframe she went above and beyond anything you would imagine from a letting agent, just amazing!!! good luck if your a tenant in one of their properties! I got an email from them outlining the move out process and asking if they could come and get new photos and when they can do viewings. I replied saying that unfortunately as I'm in the process of packing up my home i wouldn't wish for them to take photo's at this point but that i would have most things moved out in the next few weeks. I also informed Nadine that weekends would work best for me due to my work commitments to give them access to do viewings, however i can try to arrange to get the key to them should they wish to do viewings in the week just let me know when. I then get a call from a panicked friend that has not lived in the property with me for several months after a very aggressive phone call from Nadine saying that i have been ignoring her calls. I had not, someone had not put my correct number into the system. When i called her back to explain that i had not been ignoring her calls she also got very rude with me on the phone. i ended up having to cut her off and explain that i was happy for her to do viewings tomorrow but that i would need her to drop the key off to my friend who works on the same street this did not seem like an unreasonable request. she refused to do so saying that my friend would have to leave her work place to come collect a key that the agent had requested i provide for her. I'm happy for viewings to take place and I'm happy to leave them my only key but i need to have it returned to me so i can get back into my own FLAT! to top it all off they have registered the deposit under the wrong tenants name and now i need to have it transferred over to my name to be able to get it back at the end of my tenancy. over all safe to say i wont rent from them again! Manners don't cost anything.
Found Collyer’s to be be professional, honest , knowledgeable and Nadine particularly helpful . Would not hesitate to recommend.
