This is a very friendly team which has a great selection of products at great prices. We now use them in preference to other suppliers and the quality of their stock and price makes them our supplier of choice.

Absolutely appalling customer service - items arrived the wrong colour, shower tray wrong hand and getting them to answer the phone is like winning the lottery. Point of sale service is pretty good but once your money is spent they simply don't want to know - I'm pretty sure that they would struggle to organise a Bun fight in a Bakery.
UPDATE....6/6/16 plumbers onsite and we discover that the wrong type of shower has been supplied-we specifically asked for a surface mount pipe system but the supplied unit must be cut into the wall.....cost me nearly a day in wages to cover the extra work....ridiculous. Update 1/7 -six tiles short of ordered amount and had to drive to Letchworth to collect them as my Tiler was on site . Love the response from the owner....his company has messed me around from day 1 and he expects me to contact him??? He has my number and I am sick and tired of nobody answering the phone when I ring them....priceless!!!!!!!!

I am so overwhelmed with my new bathroom.The service was very helpful in designing it and the workmanship was impeccable.I reccomend that people should try Marebase.Loving the mosaic as well.Amazing transformation.

This company specialised in poor customer service.  I don't think they want to be - but the staff just seem pretty disorganised.
I phoned to ask if I could see a sample - they said come in - I went in and it wasn't available (after a lot of vague looking around).
They said they would pick it up from the Bedford branch the following day and come in later.  They said they would call - they didn't. I went in and it still wasn't available.  They ordered a sample from the manufacturers - it came.
Probably against my better judgement, I ordered the 50m of tiles being told there was plenty of time before my job was due  (4 weeks).  Delivery would be 2 weeks only to the shop!  What they didn't tell me was that they wouldn't then deliver it on  until after the 4th April when the job was supposed to be in progress (it being 21st March now).  Nice products, but they are all over the place on customer service. After some escalation with Avril, she said she would see what could be done.  If I get a happy ending I will update this post.
