Our local engineer was unable to help us and recommended BSH Home Appliances Ltd. I called them first thing in the morning they were really helpful, gave me advice, offered an appointment a few days later and two different payment options. The engineer attended with a trainee, both of whom were friendly, polite and respectful. The engineer was efficient, knowledgable and, although he needed to order a new part, was able to fit it a couple of days later. Considering the time of year, my washing machine was fixed quickly considering a part needed ordering and we were away for a few days. I will happily BSH Home Appliances Ltd in future.
AVOID! My old Siemens fridge stoped working and I diagnosed it to be the NTC sensor. I ordered the sensor from BHS and it arrived the following day, Brilliant! After fitting it to the fridge myself which I’m more than capable of doing being a mechanical engineer the fridge still wasn’t working. I tested the sensor and it is open circuit, meaning there’s a problem with the internals of the sensor. I contacted NTC for a refund of the faulty sensor and was told that as I had fitted the sensor it cannot be returned and has no warranty. Ordered another sensor from a different company and as expected the fridge is now fully working.
Online order. Neff/UPS don't send any tracking number or notification. Don't hear anything. Phone Neff to ask. get told UPS returned to them as couldn't deliver. Apologies made for UPS failing to 1. give a tracking number, 2. any notification when it would be trying to deliver 3. not even leaving a card to arrange redelivery. Helpful solution offered to reorder, but then said have to charge an extra £7 for taking the order. Poor service???? No service!
Well, having looked on trust-pilot after booking a call out for my failed warming drawer, I was expecting the worst. However I could not have been more wrong.nWarming drawer failed, contacted Bosch and requested a call out which happened within 48 hours.nEngineer was to call between 12 and 16:00pm.n0715 am I get a call to say can he come at 0730. This worked very well for me, so he duly arrived, was polite and matter of fact, sorted the issue out and replaced a part there and then. Dreadful refund process. Customer service reps including Rosie, anSenior Customer Service Advisor has been unhelpful tossing my case around and not following up. Seriously consider the mess you can get into should you need a refund . Best to avoid.
