Only ever had 1st class service from this co via Siemens . All the operators always very helpful and obliging through to the Siemens engineers being very good in this area . Would not hesitate in recommending their services and systems highly and when seeing all poor reviews it would seem that only the bad reviews are written and when good service is received it seems that this doesn't get journaled? People are quick to complain ! Not do quick to praise ! Always been very good for me and I'm in a service lead industry myself .

Two brand new Siemens ovens. One oven after a few months needed a new fan. The temperature on the other oven kept dropping out to the default temperature (160 degrees). After 5 engineer visits, some of whom didn't really engage in trying to diagnose the fault, the last engineer said “Well at least it defaults to 160 degrees which is what you cook most things at” which does not go well down with even amateur chefs who have paid many thousands for a new kitchen. They refused in the end to extend warranty - "just keep having engineer visits". Don't buy Siemens.

A faulty Bosch kettle, which was returned to BSH at Milton Keynes. They then 'lost it', after numerous calls and having to send proof of postage twice. They 'found it' after two months, said it was uneconomic to repair and sent us a new one. This one has lasted 9 months!!

We have a Neff cooker hood only 5 months old. There were drops of oil forming on the central filter coming from the extractor motor, and a Neff (for which read "BSH") engineer was booked to change the motor. When he came he confessed that "not being a kitchen fitter I don't know how to get the hood off so I can replace the motor". I showed him the installation instructions and pointed out the three screws holding the hood onto the wall. He said he would have to get a second engineer to help him, despite me explaining that the whole hood had been installed by one man on his own. He returned a few days later with a second engineer - at 0930 having booked the job for 0800! - and the whole job was completed (using the three screws I had pointed out) in under 30 minutes, but as they were leaving my wife noticed that the hood was now loose - moving as she cleaned it. We called them back in and they said that the screws were tight and we would have to live with it as there was nothing more they could do; they even asked us if we had any suggestions! We said that the hood wasn't loose before they removed it, but they were adamant. They then left, and I tightened the screws myself. It's still not quite as solid as it was originally, but much better than they left it. What a shambles this was. The engineer was less than impressive and the whole experience left us hoping that we will never have to call them out again. I thought that having bought Neff we were assured of excellent after sales service; our experience with your contractors BSH was anything but excellent.
