Great range of kitchens & appliances at good prices, staff are always helpful. Most items are in stock or at least within a couple of days. Kitchen designed & delivered within a week you can't beat that

Very helpfull and we'll stocked

I went to this store and asked a staff member to provide available shapes for 69mm architrave. I was handed a sheet of paper with a list of codes to give to another staff member in the warehouse, after making my selection I then had to cut the 15 lengths myself as they did not provide this service and loaded them into my van. As soon as I got home I realized that they had given me 44mm Architrave instead. I immediately went back to the store and they told me that because I had cut the lengths which are 4.2m and cut to 2.1m they would not exchange them, even though I was given the wrong codes and the wrong product by their staff. At no point did I ever ask for 44mm and I will now have to fork out more money for plastering. The staff really didn't seem to care, as I had already paid so I guess if they've already got your cash £76.50 then Customer Service goes out the window. I'll never buy from Howden's again and recommend that you get your Kitchen or building supplies from a company that will admit to their mistakes and will at least pretend to care about it's customers.

Still waiting on a call back! about the high ammout of mess up with the order of kitchen, from the start as one lad clearly doesn't know what he's doing.
