Came into the store approached connnor to ask for help, didn’t seem interested in helping us one bit, spoke to us like we were stupid, and after telling us the product we were looking at was out of stock walked away back to the cash desk to stand and talk with other colleagues, maybe your staff should be have more of an interest in helping your customers than having a conversation! Other guy (John I think) who ended up serving us is an asset to your company, such a nice well mannered boy!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This has to be the most terrible shop experience I have ever had. Me and my pals walked in and went to the keyboard section and tested the keyboards out however a man which had glasses and was fairly big had kicked us out for testing the keyboards. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, if you need help with a project, or a hobby, or even just technical help, these guys know what they're doing

Handy for picking certain things up, but has a much more restricted range of stock than it used to. Staff can be a pain in the rear asking you constantly what you're looking for, etc.

Good choice of mechanise let down by the overpowering staff. I dare anyone to last 3 minutes without being asked if I require assistance. The last visit I was asked 4 times which is a bit tiring. If I require assistance I will ask. Somewhat feel cheated by the pricing structure. They always have items on special offer and It's disappointing to see something that you have previously bought now on offer with £20 off. It was obviously previously over priced when I bought it and I feel cheated
