Had a great lunch there. Proper burgers and chips. Pints came in good ole fashioned tulip glasses. The staff are super friendly. Felt very covid safe there. They even took time out to fuss over my dog. Great team of guys and girls there. Thanks to everyone.
Atmosphere was great. Staff was great. Drinks were good. Wished I went there before getting food elsewhere. It smelt amazing when people ordered them. I will be coming back there soon. They embraced and showed the Canadian way.
No delicious normal beers like Heineken, Fosters, Carslberg etc.. only less palitable trendy craft swill. Food, location and staff all good. If they sold decent beer it would be excellent, although not doing so keeps the crowds thin, so plenty of room.
Typical American service. Over promise and under deliver. Arrived 20 min earlier than our booking and told we weren’t allowed in by the door clown, mind you the place was empty. Once in, service was average and told to hurry up 10 minutes before our booking ended.. find somewhere else the place sucks, could not be more unhappy.
Great food, very helpful staff, a small taste of Canada in the middle of London. Visited end of July during the pandemic, so very quiet around.
First trip today for lunch. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were attentive and kind. This is how customer service should be done. The food was delicious especially the Poutine. We will definitely be returning.
