Very sensitive to me when selling my Mums house. Gave probate valuation, made me feel very comfortable dealing with them. Then selling the house, firstly James, Jamie and Lisa helped with marketing the house. All very professional and knowledgeable. Lisa helped massively answering all my queries. Once we received offer Karl took over, we lost our first buyer and he helped to encourage us to continue. He has work so hard getting the sale through to exchange. We had regular and helpfull updates all the time and was always happy to answer any questions or worries I had . Would definitely recommend Mansell McTaggart to anyone. Fantastic service. Very friendly and helpful. Sold our house with minimum of fuss. All went very smoothly. Would thoughly recomend. In fact just put another family home on the market with Mansell Mctaggart.
They are an embarrassment to the real estate market. Unprofessional. Lazy. Rude people showing clear racism in their decisions. I had a house viewing with my neighbour on two occasions. On both occasions it ended with Lisa who was nothing but rude just making the decision on the offers from her desk. No agents work there with knowledge about the listed properties other than what was written in the print out. Shame. I will never do business with you. I would not recommend anyone to work with you, but would highly recommend people to stay far away from any of your offices and agents.
Mansell McTaggart were the estate agents used by the sellers of the property we were buying. From the viewing to completion, Mansell were great, always keeping us informed and communicating with us well. Karl was great and made the whole process smooth for us as first time buyers. We will definitely use Mansell when we come to sell our property in the future.

Mansells were a delight to deal with right from the start and throughout a complicated sale process were extremely communicative and super fast to deal with any enquiries. Very reliable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Jaime, Lisa & Karl all are very experienced and on the ball to ask any questions. Super easy to deal with at all steps in the process. Our experience of Mansell McTaggart is very positive indeed. We found the whole Team really proactive and communicative. They remained focussed and determined to achieve a Sale in a challenging Market.
Having used Mansell's in the past, and received 5 star service, it was a no brainer that I returned to them for selling my property. Arranging a valuation with Jimmy was simple and painless. Jimmy was timely, diligent and honest, about the market position. Whipped out his camera, David Bailey'd all around the property, took the relevant details and the property was visible to the market on the same day of the visit. Sterling work! Selina was amazing at keeping me up to date, arranging the viewings on my property, and on properties I wanted to view. Again a very painless experience where Selina removed the stresses of this part of the process. Once the sales had all gone through, Karl, after sales point of contact, was absolutely spot on. He rang me weekly making sure I was informed of what was happening up and down the chain, checking my solicitor was on top of things, and generally just helping me through, what was, a rather unknown process for me, making the whole transition that much easier. The whole team at the Haywards Heath Branch of Mansell's have been absolutely spot on, the level of service has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending, and using again, Mansell's for selling your property! Thank you to all the team there.
