The team at Manning Stainton's have been great throughout this process, they have provided me with great advice and have always been on top of every prospective buyer - Organised viewings quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Faye, Michelle and Diane who have kept me updated every step of the way! After viewing many properties to purchase and struggling to even make an appointment through other agents, I really couldn't believe the comparison and I was just really pleased Manning's had been on the ball when it came to selling my property. I highly recommend anyone wanting to sell there house to use Manning Stainton's and also the Mortgage Advisor there - Jo is fantastic... Thank you!!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you on behalf of Chloe, Beth and our extended families for your superb professionalism, service, courtesy and empathy in all of your dealings with the purchase of 179, Bradford Road. The girls completed on the purchase on Friday last and are absolutely thrilled with their new home. You all made that purchase so very seamless and your help was simply invaluable in that purchase. I can say personally that I thought the process would be a nightmare but you made it so simple and took away all of the stress from day one. I understand that it is never easy dealing with customers who have communication difficulties but your service was superb, no other word for it. We could not speak more highly of you all. I used Jo Murgatroyd to help me find my mortgage. A wealth of knowledge and experience from Jo made it stress and hassle free. I would highly recommend her. Also a very positive and bubbly personality which helps when dealing with big financial decisions. Would highly recommend, especially for a first time buyer who is unsure if the process.

As a recent house buyer I have found Morley's Manning Stainton office staff most helpful. Michelle Richardson, whom I have spoken to on several occasions there and throughout the process, has been most informative and helpful , as have all the staff. I have been impressed by the team's professionalism and manner when working with clients and would most certainly recommend them.
