VERY LAZY AGENTS sent 3 emails to query a property they had/have for rent. I had no response so I telephoned in. the young man who answered the telephone said he thought the property had been let (cannot remember his exact terminology) there was no offer to go and check or to see if I was interested in any other property, incidentally I was. my opinion VERY LAZY AGENTS, NOT BOTHERING TO COMMUNICATE WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, LETTING PROPERTIES SELL THEMSELVES DESPITE THE EXCESIVE FEES THEY CHARGE, POOR COMMUNICATORS. I now had no interest in checking the other properties with them if this was the service I received from Dawson Wake. **** potential landlords try doing this yourselves before using them as letting agents *****
