Posted a listing with incorrect details corrections sent before listing was posted were ignored, bizarre incorrect floorplans, then booked in five unaccompanied viewings on a day when their offices were closed over Christmas so potential viewers had no way to contact them or us; four of the five ended up not finding us because the directions they were supplied were incorrect. During visits and in listing, made efforts to belittle the property and our efforts to make it sellable. However since getting a buyer, experience with Kath Wells improved significantly, with regular updates on the progress of the sale from their end. All in all, a mixed experience.
Had an appointment booked for today at 10am nobody turned up. Told me email was sent nothing received. Absolute waste of time. Horrible company stay away. Didn’t even have the courtesy to ring or send a txt. Nobody checks their email everyday when they have a confirmation txt for an appointment. If you are going to cancel send a cancelllation txt. Rude and unprofessional.
First called to arrange viewing for a property that they had just advertised less than 24 hours. We were told that booking is in a week's time. Had another person called and he was booked in right away for viewing. Day of viewing comes, we get to the property only to find that it was a group viewing. Fine! We took out forms and we were told to submit through email. Less than 15 minutes later, we received a text that the property is no longer available. Absolutely waste of time! Why arrange viewing if you know the property is already let. Disappointed with the whole process
Excellent service so far! Having spoken with several different agents in the area, we decided to go with Kath Wells and couldn't be happier with the service we have received so far. The valuer who visited was confident we could achieve the price we were given and sure enough, had a full asking price offer within a week of the marketing going live! Now hoping for a smooth sale which I feel sure the team will do their best to proceed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff combined with local presence and following through on their promises give me every confidence to recommend the team if you have a property to sell locally. Update to follow!
Arranged for these guys to come evaluate a property. They didn't even show up.
Left 3 seperate messages on line to contact me to sell a house. Still waiting for the callback. Talk to a human as their technology is broken or they choose to ignore, possibly because contact phone number is not Leeds, so using another agent to dispose of my rental portfolio.
Absolutely brilliant service. Always helpful and efficient. They recently dealt with an issue in a way that was fair for everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy.
