Can’t recommend Emma White from Manners & Harrison enough, I’ve had amazing customer service from her. I’m a first time buyer and had no idea what the process was for applying for a mortgage. Emma was always extremely helpful and signposts everything so you know exactly what to expect or what the next steps of the process would be, she was always available if I needed to contact her for any reason, even out of working hours she would answer if she could and if not always contacted me back asap. She made me feel completely at ease and reassured throughout.
I cannot thank Emily & Hannah enough at manners and Harrison in Marton for there time , patience and amazing customer service. From the beginning to the very end Emily ensured that everything was under control. She updated me constantly keeping me in the loop with what was going on and dealt with my solicitors at the end she was amazing and a credit to the company!! Hannah sorted me out with my mortgage finding me the best deal, I didn’t have to do a thing she was available whenever I needed to speak to her she updated me constantly during my mortgage application. She is fantastic! I do not have anything negative to say about manners and Harrison at all. They also make a great cup of tea! Thank you to everyone at manners and Harrison we now have our perfect family home!!
Decision in principle through to completion is stressful. You need a mortgage advisor, it's definitely worth it. I'm a first time buyer who isn't easily stressed and I already had a good understanding of what's needed to be done. I got my mortgage through Manners & Harrison in July, found a property to buy in October and I'm about to complete just before Christmas. It's sounds cliché to say that they fight your corner but they really do. It was urgent we got in before Christmas as my rental notice ends 31st December, they contacted the estate agents, seller and kept me on track. They also go through your insurance needs and explain everything clearly. I have briefly met some members of staff in passing and they all seem lovely. Hannah is our mortgage advisor who couldn't of been better. Always just a phone call or email away should you need anything. I thought, once we had the mortgage offer that was the end of talks with Hannah but she checked up on me in the late stages before exchange and essentially made exchange happen on time by getting in contact with the sellers estate agents and nudged things along where I couldn't. You can tell it's not just a job for Hannah, she really does care about getting you in your new home. Big thanks to Hannah and the team at Manners & Harrison for helping to make this happen. A nice Christmas bonus or a raise is needed.
Emma our mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic. She was there to answer all queries I had and helped us find the best mortgage rate for our situation. I do believe if we didn’t have Emma to help, we wouldn’t have completed on our dream home and I really mean that! Would definitely recommend Emma for mortgage services and Manners & Harrison as estate agents.
We found Emma White mortgage advisor by accident after visiting to use the help to find service, and what a find she is! Sorted the mortgage, found the insurances, and when our seller was giving us the runaround she gave everybody a bloody good shake and here we are 2 days later, homeowners! Great advice, always available, we honestly couldn't have done it without her. 5 stars Emma, thank you again!

Myself and my partner really appreciate Hannah Smiths time and efforts into helping us find and buy our home. Through some hiccups and my many questions, Hannah was very supportive and done her absolute best to get us the right deals and to make sure our lender fit our circumstances. She always got back to us if we had any issues and was very prompt with things so that we could get our mortgage through as soon as possible. I couldnt recommend Hannah enough, she has been fab! We have been in our home just nearly 2 weeks now and she has still sent messages to check in that everything is okay. From the initial appointment all the way up to even after completion, Hannah has been spot on : thank you Hannah!
We closed yesterday on our first home, and we couldn't have done it without the help of our advisor Hannah. She went above and beyond and made the process so much easier. She answered every question, communication was exceptional, advice was always given and anything we weren't sure on or had any issues with she explained and broke it down for us. Although we weren't local, we were always kept in the loop via phone call, email etc. Hannah always stepped in to help and was constantly willing to help throughout the entire buying process. Hannah made even the most stressful and time-consuming parts of the process feel positive and put our minds at ease. Overall, an amazing service from Hannah and I'm glad we went with the lifetime membership as it'll be a relief to know the service will be there if we ever buy again in the future. We cannot thank Emma enough for everything, without her we were in a rather sticky situation. Calm and amazing throughout we secured the mortgage needed to get our first family home. Amazing service!!
