Mark Hodgson was absolutely terrific throughout the whole process! The service I have received in this industry has been absolutely terrible especially in lettings but honestly this has been a pleasure. Pick Robinsons over any agent if you can! You will not regret it.

I tried to book a viewing on a property and the office didn't answer the phone. On turning up I spoke to a lady and we expressed our interest.  I turned up to view a property in Ingleby Barwick. The estate agent representative was 5 minutes late and they booked 4 people to view it at the same time. They clearly run everything on a budget to maximise profit as apparently this is normal for Robinsons. Personally I find this extremely unprofessional.  If you are selling or a landlord letting a property I would not trust Robinsons. Look elsewhere.

I couldn't fault anything with Robinsons, being a private tenant through them now for nearly 2 years, always quick to sort issues out and keep you informed throughout. Donna is fantastic!

Employee of Robinsons turned up 2 hours late for a viewing and rushed though it and out in two minutes. Tried to blame on me for not being there when had been waiting all morning, the office ignored all calls and when did answer said would get back to me on when he would arrive and never did. The voicemail was full so wasn't even possible to leave a message. Went into the office and they were just talking to each other and then want £220 for admin fees

I strongly recommend this branch for renting a property. Excellent  professional customer care. The staff -Donna in particular was outstanding in customer relations and a credit to the company.  Anne Midgley

First class agent who found me great tenants for my properties very quickly. Would strongly recommend using Robinsons at Ingleby Barwick.

In my experience I would say if you were thinking of using Robinsons to sell your property don't there are plenty of other Estate Agents to use.
