Poor service since the day one.
They were very nice until the day we payed the bond and first rent all gone down the hill after that. 
Whenever there is an issue with the property you can ring and email and they will just keep ignoring you so you have to get someone out to fix it yourself.
I don't know how are they still around with such bad customer service skills.

The Managing Director of Belvoir Thirsk confirmed he The managing director of belvoir thirsk offered to pay me £259.20 in February 2017 due to the poor service that had been provided managing my rental property. Still waiting for the money!!Emailed and left numerous messages for him but he's never in the office and never returns my calls. Incredibly poor service!!
