Cars not checked properly, don't believe their Grading System. Absolutely appalling customer service. Purchased a Grade 1 vehicle from this auction and paid top money for the car assuming that it was actually 'Grade 1' THIS WAS FAR FROM GRADE 1, more like a grade 4/5, dashboard was damaged and not recorded on the inspection report as well as the wing mirror was taped up with duct tape, again, not mentioned in the report.nA complaint was raised and a £35 refund was offered, WHAT A JOKE! The vehicle was almost £8k.

Great staff , easy collection everytime with no hassle

I'm the driver. It was a very heavy rain today and hence there was a lot of traffic on the roads. It took me more than 3 hours from Bournemouth to get to Manhiem.nI kept on requesting on the phone that please make one exception today and give me the car after 4:30.nEventually I got there and 4:58nBut they still refused to give me the car and I was left stranded empty all the way back to London because I had another car on my bed which needed to be delivered.nnI had a very experience with them.nNot happynAt all....nEither they should be a little relaxed with there rules or stop this business.

I tried to get few cars of there, 3 of 5 cars with almost dead engine... High taxes. When I won car cheaper than what they want they cancel it. When i tried to cancel a bid I won as didnt want to pay 790£ for car which I won for 450£ and was with bad engine, I had to suspend my account. They prefer to lose me as customer which will bring them thousands over the years, rather than cancel 1 car...

Another car sold with numerous faults, then they have the audacity to deny it despite paying for a Surecheck. It’s fraudulent behaviour in my opinion, terrible customer service Surecheck is an utter joke, they don’t even check the cars properly. Avoid Bristol it’s all cars with problems that they knowingly sell….
