We visited the Vauxhall east Bristol branch a couple of weeks ago. We was seen by Karin Sochova and the service provided by her was absolutely amazing the whole way through. We were greeted and welcomed in, we were given anything we needed. Karin was attentive and helpful. She explained everything very well and made sure we understood everything. She made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and constantly made sure we were comfortable. She was knowledgeable and understood the product she was selling which made us more happy with the choice we made. Process was smooth and very easy, no stress what so ever. She was very patient and took her time with explaining everything and made sure we was making the right choice. She definitely went above and beyond.
