Mango Indian Cuisine

Never going to order from this restaurant again. I ordered from this takeaway multiple times and nearly on all occasions they were late. This time around they were 2 hours late on my wife's birthday - food delivered at 10.20pm. I had to drive all the way to the takeaway to ask them what was happening. I was told that the driver got into an 'accident' 5 miles on a straight road to my home and another driver got sent out - their standard response. I managed to get home and still no delivery. Appalling.

We used mango quite a bit for large orders when having gatherings and it usually arrives quite late. At the weekend we spent over £75, our order took 1 hour 45minutes to arrive within the same postcode! when calling to ask where it was my sister was passed over to a number of staff who said they can’t help and the manager would call back. Our food arrived with items missing and some items COLD. When calling my sister back the manager LAUGHED!!! At her over the phone. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service and made her feel extremely upset. We will not be using Mango again and will be recommending our friends and family to avoid also.

Not good! Few times we have been since changed owners and twice they have left something missing out the bag. Once they delivered with one thing missing and had to come back out...today we ordered and picked up to take away...get home and was missing the tikka masala so called them to which they offered an extra one next time go inwhich there won't be after today..but anyhow that would be no good considering we needed it for dinner tonight..They did bring it out to the house a long with an extra tikka masala but it wasn't even tikka masala when it got here it was some sort of wierd tomato sauce that tasted nothing like tikka and was the wrong colour. Really don't enjoy it there so sorry to say they have lost our custom

ordered food 17.50 food gets delivered 19.35 cold , rang them to complain but they are not bothered , told them will not be ordering again , they said ok . knew should of ordered chinese !

Love this takeaway. Never had a bad experience, food is always hot and just the way I like it!
