Have made a total balls up of my traffic fine which I was willing to pay but just wanted a response to a query as they were sending all correspondence to the wrong address. Still waiting to hear back from them. 4th attempt. The people who gave 5 stars must be employees surely.

No answer on any of the contact numbers morning afternoon or evening, four days on the bounce, Im highly confident its so they can add more fees on to the enquiry its in relation too. oldest sale trick in the book.

Shocking. I received a fine for a traffic offence but they used the new fine guidelines not the ones in force when the offence was committed, that they must use. Then they failed to discount 33% for my immediate guilty plea. Over £1,800 difference. Amazing that I had to tell everyone in the court, including the magistrates, the law. Shambles.
