I had my Citizenship Ceremony this morning at Bury Town Hall. The staff was so so nice! Very welcoming people, and this includes the Mayor, Haydn and everyone who participated. Vert warm people and I'm so happy I chose this place for such an important event. Thank you so much : Carolina

Reception staff Mrs. Duffy & Colleagues were so helpful, professional & super efficient in helping me renew my disabled husbands blue badge application recently when i was feeling quite overwhelmed !  Truly appreciated.

Still strict covid rules on weddings,nice enough room,polite professional attentive staff. Could do with a huge makeover big time to make it stunning,modern,& attract far more weddings

Can't comment on the facilities, but using the town hall as a vaccination centre was a mistake...there is no free parking ! Lots if you can pay. Its hard to get to without a car and buses to here are a minefield, the trams are across a busy main road..for elderly or disadvantaged people its a poor location.

Visited for a Registry Office Wedding of a family member. Room was decorated tastefully and the Registrar very personable. Good location for picture taking with the added bonus of the gardens just next door. Easy to travel to whether by car or public transport.
