As an American and a Jamaican who has had all kinds of Jamaican food, this is definitely at the top. The jerk chicken is very flavorful and isn't too spicy I cannot tolerate spicy food, the rice and peas have a ton of flavor, and I usually hate plantain but theirs is amazing. Mac is also really good! Service was quick and the woman was nice. The people who gave it 1 star or lower don't know what they're talking about.
Spoilt for choices at Canary Wharf and was really glad I chose Mama’s Jerk. Really tasty mutton curry and plantain. The beautiful smiling lady that served me was very helpful with by bringing my food to the table because I had crutches on. Definitely recommend this place if you want some lovely hearty feed.
Hands down the best Roti Wrap in London i've had in a while. Jerk chicken is mouthwatering will definitely recommend 10/10. Always feeling welcome when I go there to get my food on my break hours. Thank you Mama's Jerk for taking care of my cravings!Recommendation for vegetariansHighly recommend
Delicious Caribbean food, great atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Mama's Jerk is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to get a feel of the Caribbean here in London. They have a wide range of healthy, affordable options, and I loved the salad box with jerk chicken and plantain. Their staff is fabulous with excellent customer service. This is a place I'll definitely recommend for you to try out.
I visited the dining area in CW, twice recently. I ordered, jerk chicken, boneless leg box food, £9.57. It comes with rice and peas, jerk sauce, coleslaw and 2-3 fat plantain. I was happily surprised by the generous portion and full of flavor meal a touch too sweet for me. Recommended and good value for money.
Ive never had a bad meal here, my favourite is the jerk chicken box literally full to the lid, generous amount of chicken in a medium spiced very tasty jerk sauce, lot of rice and peas and a few very tasty fat plantation wedges thrown in, very filling meal for under £10. Staff are always freindly and polite and the onsite cleaner in the seating area is very efficient at doing her job.
Working in Fulham and there is now a great modern Caribbean restaurant, as soon as I walked in I was greeted I ordered a jerk box and a prawn box food was good well prepared and portions were good. I will be back and I have recommended it. Well needed in the area . 49 Fulham Broadway London, SW6 1AE Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly and we didn’t wait long for our food.
Insanely tasty food with generous portions and excellent value for money. We ordered from deliveroo and could not have been happier with the feast that arrived at our door!
My soul was happy when I found this place. Of all the times I’ve gone there, I’ve only been disappointed once when my food was served without jerk sauce. Otherwise much love to the 5fr2 skinny black lady with the piercing who always gets it right and is great for conversation. I love your service and personality!!!
Currently eating the boneless jerk chicken box. The first thing I noticed was the weight - the box was filled to the brim with food. The jerk chicken was one of the best I've had, and that's having lived in Bristol. The cole slaw, rice and plantains were very tasty as well. Not a chain, so come support this business, they deserve it.Food: 5/5
