We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Everton Ridge Homes over the past year and a half. While Covid contributed to several challenges during our build, the team’s ingenuity and commitment ensured the successful completion of our project. We love our new home! Similar to other Everton clients, living in Ontario required creativity and strong communication from the Everton team to allow us to execute from afar on the many decisions. The initial design of the home was an iterative process. The team patiently accommodated our many questions and changes resulting in a design that captured a “home away from home“ space to welcome our family and friends. From a build perspective, Everton has the A list of site supervisors, designers, administrative staff, local contractors and suppliers. The quality of products and attention to detail makes Everton stand out amongst the rest, providing exceptional value for the product. While we are currently in the post occupancy stage, we have found the Everton Team to be very attentive in addressing outstanding requirements…truly a professional team from beginning to end.
